Abstract
Summary: Song and colleagues describe how N-glycans stabilize expression of checkpoint molecule B7-H4 that suppresses T-cell function. Inhibiting N-glycan stabilization of B7-H4 generates an immune hot cancer that is more responsive to combination therapies.
